Over the last week I’vee celebrated my 6th anniversary in Nashville. I pulled on my cowboy boots, slammed a shot of whiskey, and headed down to Tootsies on lower Broadway to eat a Rhinestone sandwich…YUM!

Honestly, my first two years in Nashville felt like four, the middle two felt about right, and the last two years have absolutely flown…So on balance – yeah 6 or so years feels about right. Life is good!

They say Nashville is a five year town, and I can certainly say the last year has felt like a lot of things are “gelling” – and not in that Dr. Scholl’s kind of way 😉

Far and away the highlight of the last year has been the launch of “Josh Connor in The Songwriters Circle” (some very cool interviews with Mega-hit writers), and the other audiovisual extensions of my brand. A sincere thank you to Shawn Worlow, Andy Grant, Jeff Brockmeyer, and Ashley Mann for their help with this – Oh yes, and to my Wife, Brooke – a constant source of inspiration and balance.
